At The Lotus Love Collection, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation is received, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or new collection launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance for international orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at TheLotusLoveCollection@gmail.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. The Lotus Love Collection is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrectly entered address.
